Dr. James Dean

Pastor

Growing up in the West Nashville area, James spent his formative years at Park Avenue Baptist Church where he became a Christian at the age of 12. Several years later, while serving in the youth ministry area, James felt God leading him to become a full-time minister. He started out in youth work before transitioning to a pastoral role, and he is still serving as passionately almost 30 years later. He has also added education to his toolbox, with a Master’s degree in Christian Education, a Masters of Divinity degree, and a Doctorate of Ministry degree.

Sheryl Dean

Sheryl grew up as a pastor’s kid and later a missionary’s kid when her parents served in Austria and Denmark. A graduate of King College, she has been a school teacher and has served in children’s ministry and preschool ministry. With a love for people and a desire to help them grow in their relationship with God, she is especially passionate about helping women from every walk of life. 

Meghan Garrison

Music Director

Meghan received her degree as a songwriting major from Belmont University.  She loves to write music, play with her dog and go on adventures! Her favorite Bible verse is Ps. 66:4 “The whole earth will worship you and sing praise to you. They will sing praise to your name.”
